What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards or payment online via PayPal and Lay Buy. To complete payment, you will be directed to the website of PayPal and Lay Buy which is our third party payment gateway.

I changed by mind and I want to cancel my order – what do I do?
Please contact us within 24hrs of your order being placed at hello@modernmini.co.nz

What courier company do you use to ship within New Zealand?
We use tracked NZ post for deliveries in New Zealand.

What do I do if I want to return my item?
We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product. You must contact us within two (2) days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return the product. Modern Mini will credit-note, refund or exchange any item when you return it to us in a saleable condition within ten (10) days of the item being dispatched by us to you. All returned goods must be in their original condition. Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for a credit-note, exchange or refund, other than for faulty or damaged items. Modern Mini reserves the right to decline to issue a credit-note, refund or offer an exchange if the item is not returned to us in its original condition. With the exemption of faulty goods, Modern Mini will not refund postage and packaging.
